We are four sisters honoring our roots by sharing the rich traditions of our hometown in Guerrero, Mexico. Our cafe creates a space that blends the warmth, flavor, and spirit of southern Mexico with the charm of our home in Chattanooga, TN. Our name, meaning “Cafe From the South” in Spanish, is a nod to both the south of Mexico and the American south. We serve handcrafted drinks like cafe de Olla, pan dulce, and pastries inspired by both cultures. Cafe del Sur is more than a cafe, it’s a celebration of heritage, community, and flavors that connect people across borders.
